Petanque, sometimes called boules, is a sport that is enjoyed by all the family. It can be played for fun in the garden or more seriously within a club up to National, European and World Championship level.
Botany Bay Petanque Club play both social and competitive petanque in the Chiltern Region Pennant Mid Week League. We meet every Sunday and most Friday mornings from 10:30am (the latter being especially popular with our older retired members!) and Wednesday evenings from 7:00pm till 9:30pm.
League matches are played Tuesday or Wednesday evenings and a competitive melee evry second Sunday of the month starting at 10:30am throughout the year.
Our members will be happy to welcome you and help you get started. No experience is necessary and equipment is provided if required.
